Cancellation Policy
Your order can only be cancelled within 12 hours from the time it is placed. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on info@skindermapro.in
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns
• Products: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused or damaged (in transit) products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the products are in their original
packaging and condition.
• Derma Devices, Equipment, and Aesthetic Laser Machines: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all derma devices, equipment, and aesthetic laser machines are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 Business days.

How to Return a Product
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include the return form and a copy of the original receipt.

Shipping Costs
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty
Devices Below ₹50,000: All devices purchased below ₹50,000 come with a 6-months motor warranty. This warranty covers machine motors and does not include damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications or Physical Damage.

Devices Over ₹50,000: All devices purchased for more than ₹50,000 come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include
damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications or Physical Damage.

Non-Refundable Items
• Derma devices, equipment, and aesthetic laser machines.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
